002 The book

LibraryBites shared a cool site “You as a the Dewey Decimal System.”  Enter your name, birthdate, and/or favorite 1-3 digit number and the site will calculate your Dewey Decimal Classificaiton.  This is probably just a librarian thing, but see where you’d fit into Dewey!  Here’s Mine:

What it says about you:

    Thanks for sharing this site. I was actually given three choices based on my answers. First was “125 – Unassigned.” Interesting.

    Yep, I was given three choices, too! I didn’t use the one with my birthdate as it shows my bday in the image. However, it was: 034 Encyclopedias in French, Occitan & Catalan and has the same description as 002. I thought this one best described me. The other one I got was:

    766 Mezzotinting, aquatinting & related processes / Contains: Architecture, drawing, painting, music, sports. / What it says about you: You’re creative and fun, and you’re good at motivating the people around you. You’re attracted to things that are visually interesting. Other people might not always understand your taste or style, but it’s yours.

    Going by the contains section, I don’t see it matches me. I guess I like art/drawing/architecture, etc. I love all kinds of music, but I am NOT a sports person. I also don’t know that I’m all that “creative” and/or fun! I hope I’m good at motivating others, and I do like things that are visually interesting. True, some people don’t get me, but that’s okay!
