Just take a look at the photo to the right.

A teacher sent these two girls in to use the copier.  While the one girl was making the copies, the other picked up a book on the childrens picture books display.  The next thing I knew she was reading the book aloud to us – and really getting into the groove.  She was using “voices” and everything!

They didn’t leave until after the story was over.  I just wish I’d thought to turn on the video feature instead of just snapping a photo.

Boy did she make my day brighter!  Just goes to prove that even high schoolers still enjoy picture books.

BTW: the book was The True Story of the 3 Little Pigs by Jon Scieszka.
